At Kipling, we want you to love your new bag, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags still attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and initiate the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unused items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags and packaging materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
